摘要: Bacillus thuringiensis (B.t.) is a spore forming bacterium which produces an insecticidal parasporal crystal upon sporulation. The nature of B.t. has been known for several decades. For many years served as the basis successful biological insecticides such Dipel (Abbot) and Thuricide (Sandoz). To produce these fermented until spores crystals are produced. mixture then formulated to allow effective application crop plants. Products have used effectively on more than 50 species Lepidopteran pests over 200 crops (Wilcox et al., 1986).
