摘要: Permissive Vero cells develop apoptosis, as characterized by DNA fragmentation, caspases activation, cytosolic release of mitochondrial cytochrome c, and flow cytometric analysis content, upon infection with African swine fever virus (ASFV). To determine the step in replication that triggers we used UV-inactivated virus, inhibitors protein nucleic acid synthesis, lysosomotropic drugs block uncoating. ASFV-induced apoptosis was accompanied caspase-3 which detected even presence either cytosine arabinoside or cycloheximide, indicating viral synthesis were not required to activate apoptotic process. The activation released from chloroquine inhibition 2 h after absorption, while ASFV did induce caspase cascade. We conclude induces infected cell an intracellular pathway probably triggered during process
