摘要: Several multi-dimensional self-report scales have been developed to assess delusional ideation in the general population. However, self-ratings of positive symptoms patients with psychosis are often considered unreliable due neuro-cognitive disturbance and lack insight. This study tested associations self- observer-rated delusions as well factors associated discrepancies. Observer-rated were assessed 80 in- outpatients schizophrenia spectrum disorders by trained raters Positive Negative Syndrome Scale. Self-rated Peters et al. Delusions Inventory Paranoia Checklist. Correlations between overall ranged from 0.49 0.57. Associations specific persecution grandiosity moderate but unique. Good concordance ratings was not restricted or fewer symptoms. Patients lower than observer characterised years education, functioning, more negative less The results indicate that can reliably provide information regard presence type beliefs. Thus, patient a valid additional source diagnostic information.
