摘要: Percutaneous transcatheter closure technique of a coronary artery fistula with detachable balloon was performed for 14 year old male student. Complete the without any complications confirmed by angiography after procedure. When patient underwent second 6 months closure, it that position had not changed, interruption flow been maintained and diameter left were reduced. using may become primary treatment in place surgical ligation.
