摘要: ✓ This patient had an aneurysm on the internal carotid artery that was responsible for episodes of severe hemorrhage through nose. During occlusion by a detachable balloon, balloon became dislodged and migrated, obstructing middle cerebral territory causing life-threatening situation. treated promptly successfully removal repair artery. Attention is drawn to risk such migration occurring, possible causes.
