摘要: Abstract Ganoderma lucidum has been used in oriental medicine for its contribution to vitality and longevity. None of them report about targeted antitumor activity against adenocarcinoma cells, or antioxidant antiacetylcholinesterase potential application treatment Alzheimer's other neurodegenerative diseases. To date, there are a few studies available concerning supercritical carbon dioxide extraction biologically active compounds from G. fruiting body. In our study, two stage extractions were performed. First, was as solvent. Next, the same material hot water isolation polysaccharides. Cytotoxicity, tested all obtained extracts. Additionally, effect process conditions on biological extracts assessed.
