摘要: The metabolic significance of indole-3-acetaldehyde in the process vitro pigment formation from tryptamine presence guinea-pig liver mitochondria was investigated. Among four type selective MAO inhibitors used, pargyline and deprenyl appear to be more effective inhibiting than serotonin, while clorgyline Lilly 51641, serotonin preferentially inhibited. Reducing agents like ascorbic acid, cysteine glutathione were found block significantly. Also, a reduction noted NADH ethanol but not NAD. It observed that amount produced enzymatically under present experimental conditions is sufficient account for total formed standard incubation mixture generation nascent aldehyde has greater contribution supplemented system exogenously. appears indole-3-acetaldehyde, are associated with formation.
