摘要: Abstract Background There are still many controversies about the impact of delayed graft function (DGF) on kidney transplantation outcome. The aims this study were to define factors associated with DGF and ascertain relative outcome, both in early postoperative period long-term follow-up. Patients Methods Four hundred transplant recipients reviewed assess clinical Results overall prevalence was 24.3%. significantly increasing recipient donor age, duration dialysis, cold ischemia time. displayed a worse ( P = .005) patient Conclusion is frequent complication renal may be reduced even survival. Strategies prevent injury and, more specifically, an important clue provide better outcome transplantation.
