摘要: Abstract Background Donor age, cold ischemia time, delayed graft function (DGF), prior sensitization, HLA mismatches, acute rejection episodes, glomerular disease and viral nephropathy are some factors that shorten survival. Patients with excellent at 10 years posttransplant have probably successfully overcome these detrimental factors. The effect of initial functional renal mass is associated this outcome. objective the present study was to identify show predictive value for population patients posttransplantation. methods This retrospective observational included 117 transplanted from deceased donors. They all presented filtration rates (GFR) ≥ 40 mL/min. were stratified as group I (n = 56) estimated GFR Results age DGF significantly different between two groups upon univariate analysis. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed only donor be independently an eGFR mL/min 1st 10th year correlated (P .04). deterioration greater among than II (6.7 vs 0.23 mL/min; P .007). Conclusion most significant factor years.
