摘要: Tumor scars were identified at pathologic study and magnetic resonance (MR) imaging in ten of 17 (59%) primary liver tumors (nine hepatocellular carcinomas, four giant hemangiomas, two hepatic adenomas, cases focal nodular hyperplasia). Histopathologic examination revealed three types scar tissue. Inflammatory (n = 4), with edema, necrosis, hypercellularity, loose fibrous tissue, appeared hypointense relative to on T1-weighted images hyperintense T2-weighted images. Vascular 3), predominantly composed vascular channels traversing collagenous showed MR features similar those inflammatory scars. Collagenous 3) both Central tumor are a frequent but nonspecific feature benign malignant tumors.
