摘要: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC is extremely common in sub-Saharan Africa and the Far East. In high incidence areas it presents young to middle-aged adults with an 8:1 male predominance, a relatively acute onset of symptoms, rapid clinical course. contrast United States Europe uncommon occurs predominantly elderly individuals (2.5:1 predominance). HCC frequently develops on basis alcohol-or hepatitis-related cirrhosis, which insidious symptoms more protracted following, imaging features concerning morphology unenhanced contrast-enhanced MRI are presented. Special emphasis placed differential diagnostic criteria versus other hepatic tumors.
