摘要: Internal architecture of an encapsulated hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) was studied with magnetic resonance imaging and histologic correlation. The capsule HCC showed low intensity relative to liver on both T1- T2-weighted images. T1-weighted images were superior the in delineating HCC. tumor a mosaic pattern, which configuration composed multiple compartments different intensities, reflecting viable nodules necrotic portion. Viable nodules, trabeculae polygonal cells resembling normal cell well-formed sinusoids, high portion, coagulation amorphous, thick eosinophilic material without hemorrhage or inflammatory reaction, demonstrating pattern
