摘要: Background – A significant part of vitamin D present in the human body is synthesized skin following UV light exposition. However, to obtain or maintain an adequate status, most individuals have consume D, either as their diet supplements. The blood response supplementation has been shown exhibit a large interindividual variability. Moreover, intestinal transport depends, at least partly, on proteins and we that bioavailability other lipid micronutrients (tocopherol, lutein, lycopene beta-carotene), which share common absorption mechanism with cholecalciferol (D3),was partly modulated by single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) genes involved these metabolism chylomicrons. main objective this study was thus identify SNPs associated variability D3. Methods Thirty nine healthy adult men were genotyped using whole-genome microarrays. They consumed meal contained 5g D3 supplement. calcifediol (25(OH)D) concentration plasma chylomicrons measured regular time intervals up 8h after intake. association between (61 candidate representing 3791 SNPs) (calculated area-under-the-curve postprandial chylomicron concentration) analysed partial squares regression (PLS regression). Results peaked 5.4 h There no variation 25(OH)D concentration. displayed (CV=47%). It correlated positively triglyceride (r=0.60, P<0.001) but not fasting 25(OH) (a marker status) (r=0.04, P=0.83). (P=1.32x10-4) PLS model, included 17 13 (LPL, ISX, SLC10A2, GC, SCARB1, PNLIP, DHCR7, ABCA1, ABCB1, APOB, MAPRE2, BET1, NAT2), variance response. Five (ABCA1, LPL NAT2) another same subjects. Conclusions In group men, observed high combination located in/near both metabolism.
