摘要: Introduction. The purpose of this study was to determine, whether there are any differences in the occurrence nervous system involvement different systemic rheumatic diseases. further aim present identify and distinguish primary by these diseases that may be secondary confounding factors. Material methods. patient population consisted 122 patients with a connective tissue disease (42 lupus erythematosus (SLE), 48 Sjogren's syndrome 32 scleroderma). methods included neurological examination standard electrophysiological tests. Results. At least one defect diagnosed 69% SLE patients, 71% 66% scleroderma patients. Secondary factors might have contributed pathogenesis symptoms signs up 25–34% events. Conclusion. No significant were noted events SLE, scleroderma. necessity differentiate between phenomena directly attributed those which totally unrelated or resulting indirectly from other organ systems is emphasized.
