摘要: Despite remarkable advances in the clinical outcome of most children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, a substantial number patients ultimately relapse or suffer from side effects treatment. In present study, we investigated components IGF system for their predictive value to identify an increased risk relapse. Serum levels IGF-I, IGF-II, binding protein (IGFBP)-1, IGFBP-2, and IGFBP-3 were measured 162 leukemia treated by Berlin Frankfurt Munster Study Group. At diagnosis found elevated low IGFBP-3, normal but IGFBP-1 levels.
