摘要: Abstract Lesions largely restricted to the dorsal and ventral tegmental nuclei of Gudden (GTN) produced several effects similar those seen after midbrain raphe lesions. GTN lesions significantly reduced 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) concentration diencephalon (31 percent), hippocampus (59 remaining portion telencephalon (29 percent). Striatal 5-HT, however, was not affected. enhanced activity in an enclosed field facilitated two-way avoidance acquisition. Pain sensitivity as measured by flinch-jump method These results suggest that may be origin ascending 5-HT fibers involved regulation level adaptation animal aversive situations. Thus, some behavioral due their involvement associated pathways.
