摘要: In an information seeking situation, humans can rely on a broad variety of behavioural patterns, and are generally very good at choosing appropriate ones combining them. Most these however, be regarded as specific realization one two general search principles, i.e. specify the properties item interest, retrieve matching items scan them for relevant vs. explore neighbourhood decide each found, whether it is interest. We will refer to first strategy “matching”, while second called “exploration” in sequel.
