摘要: Recent theoretical studies of the influence magnetoelectric effect on physical properties nanosized ferroics and multiferroics have been reviewed. Special attention is focused description piezomagnetic, piezoelectric, linear effects near ferroid surface in framework Landau–Ginzburg–Devonshire phenomenological theory, where they are considered to be a result spontaneous surface-induced symmetry reduction. Therefore, nano-sized particles thin films can manifest pronounced properties, which absent for corresponding bulk materials. In particular, giant induced nanowires by tension possible. A considerable size external fields coupling coefficients dielectric, magnetic, susceptibilities nanoferroics analyzed. Particular paid misfit deformation ferroic their phase diagrams, including appearance new phases material. flexomagnetoelectric flexomagnetic considered, significant nanoferroic susceptibility marked. The manifestations polarization semiellipsoidal bismuth ferrite nanoparticles discussed.
