摘要: This investigation compared microleakage of teeth obturated with gutta-percha and Resilon by using a fluid filtration model. Forty-six human, single-rooted, mandibular premolars were studied. Teeth randomly assigned to 2 experimental groups 21 each, designated as group G (gutta-percha) R (Resilon). Two control groups, both containing teeth, served positive negative controls. Group G, AH 26 sealer, R, Epiphany warm vertical condensation. The specimens tested for an in vitro apparatus at 10 psi 4 intervals: 1, 7, 30, 90 days.
