摘要: This study presents a novel approach to the analysis of protein antigens ofCampylobacter pylori for use in serology. Protein fractions this bacterium were resolved polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, eluted from strips an electric field and used coating microtiter plates ELISA-type assay run with small set sera both infected non-infected patients. Reactivity discriminative power different fractionated (1–9) crude antigen preparations (A–C) compared. Better discrimination was achieved between positive negative high molecular weight (antigens 8 9) than low fractions. Among preparations, A (sonicated whole cells) C (ultracentrifugated sonicate) seem have better B (acid glycin extract).
