摘要: Overactive bladder syndrome has a negative impact on quality of life. This article discusses definition the condition and its prevalence aetiology, as well some more common behavioural therapies. Although there is good evidence base for retraining, often conflicting research to support other interventions including caffeine reduction, amount types fluid recommended, smoking cessation weight reduction. A standardised approach from national level needed; nurses also need demonstrate robustly effectiveness their interventions.
