摘要: Background In the past decade in activities aiming at return-to-work (RTW), there has been a growing awareness to change focus from sickness and work disability recovery ability. To date, this process occupational health care (OHC) mainly directed towards employees. However, within working population are two vulnerable groups: temporary agency workers unemployed workers, since they have no workplace/employer return to, when sick-listed. For group is need for tailored RTW strategies interventions. Therefore, paper aims describe structured stepwise of development, implementation evaluation theory- practise-based participatory program sick-listed due musculoskeletal disorders (MSD). This based on already developed cost-effective employees, low back pain.
