Development of a self-management program for employees with complaints of the arm, neck, and/or shoulder: an intervention mapping approach.

摘要: To develop a self-management program with an additional eHealth module, using the six steps of intervention mapping (IM) protocol, to help employees complaints arm, neck, and/or shoulder (CANS) cope their problems. In Step 1 IM needs assessment was performed consisting review Dutch multidisciplinary guidelines on CANS, and focus group sessions CANS (n=15) relevant experts (n=17). After assessment, objectives determinants at work were formulated (Step 2). Furthermore, theory-based methods practical strategies selected 3), (including module) developed 4).
