摘要: A survey of injuries to dancers was commissioned by the National Organisation Dance and Mime. Questionnaires asking about chronic recent were sent 188 completed 141 from seven professional ballet modern dance companies in United Kingdom (75% response rate). It found that dancers, 67 (47%) had experienced a injury 59 (42%) an previous six months affected their dancing. high proportion soft tissues not responded treatment. With correct treatment such should usually heal completely. Dancers are aware rate also procedures might help prevent injury--for example, dancing on floors sprung warmer studios; teachers9 choreographers9 awareness dancer9s limitations need for rest adequate when occurs.
