摘要: Abstract The aims of this study were 1) to show that the use different cut-off scores available in literature can lead erroneous conclusions, adding emerging highlighting problems associated with its use, and 2) propose an alternative technique − Cluster Analysis assess risk burnout as well identify profiles at burnout. Burnout was measured among 664 French psychologists using French-Canadian version Maslach Inventory ( Dion & Tessier, 1994 ). Our participants classified high on each dimension MBI method. showed indeed be misleading conclusions may very according used. analysis allowed us highlight four distinct profiles: “High burnout”, “Risk through emotional exhaustion”, low personal accomplishment”, “No burnout”. Several variables appeared predictors occupational such working a company or having several types contracts, showing discriminative power clusters.
