摘要: Abstract The aims of this study were 1) to show that the use different cut-off scores available in literature can lead erroneous conclusions, adding emerging highlighting problems associated with its use, and 2) propose an alternative technique − Cluster Analysis assess risk burnout as well identify profiles at burnout. Burnout was measured among 664 French psychologists using French-Canadian version Maslach Inventory ( Dion & Tessier, 1994 ).
