摘要: The Innovation Systems Research Network is a collaborative Canadian initiative to undertake and disseminate research results concerning the diverse nature of regional local innovation systems across country. network was established on premise that, because their diversity, in Canada could not be treated as similar, that single nation-wide policies would successful.
