摘要: Aim: To investigate the role of fexofenadine, a mast cell blocker, on semen quality in treatment infertile men. Methods: The study included 16 Turkish idiopathic men with azoospermia or oligozoospermia who underwent testicular biopsy to examine cells containing tryptase. In all patients, complete medical history, clinical examination, analysis and serum hormone assay were carried out. specimens immunohistochemically stained antihuman tryptase for cells. number total per seminiferous tubule was calculated recorded as index. patients divided into two groups according their index: higher (≥1, n=9) lower (<1, n=7) index groups.
