摘要: Human testicular peritubular cells are myofibroblast-like that surround the seminiferous tubules and responsible for tubular contractility sperm transport. In last few years, several reports have augmented this simplified view, showing not only structural but also actively secrete paracrine mediators, thereby influencing homeostasis of environment. This review is focussed on general aspects functions cells, their potential role in male infertility recently described vitro culture systems human which will enable us to gain deeper insight into regulation peculiar cell type health disease.
