摘要: Abstract Polycrystalline nickel–zinc–copper ferrites with chemical formula Ni0.6+xZn0.2Cu0.2VxFe2−2xO4,(0.0 ⩽ x ⩽ 0.25) were prepared by the ceramic route. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis of samples results confirms single-phase spinel structure. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) reveal that vanadium addition resulted in a rapid grain growth large pores trapped inside grains as concentration increases. ac conductivity σac has been studied function frequency and temperature over range (300–600 K). obtained for these materials semiconductor – to semimetal transition V5+ content All studies composition exhibit change slope conductivity. Tc is found be decrease increasing content. hopping electrons between Fe3+ Fe2+ well hole Ni3+ Ni2+ are responsible conduction mechanism. relation universal exponent s gives evidence presence correlation barrier (CHB) mechanism compounds. impedance technique used study effect boundary on electrical properties. data show only one semi-circle all except sample x = 0.05. suggested takes place predominantly through samples.
