摘要: Information about the natural compound amygdalin, which is employed as an antitumor agent, sparse and thus its efficacy remains controversial. In this study, to determine whether amygdalin exerts effects on renal cell carcinoma (RCC) cells, impact RCC metastatic activity was investigated. The lines, Caki-1, KTC-26 A498, were exposed from apricot kernels, adhesion human vascular endothelium, immobilized collagen or fibronectin influence of chemotactic invasive also determined, surface total cellular α β integrin expression, are involved in metastasis. We noted that caused significant reductions activity, invasion fibronectin. Using FACScan analysis, we induced reductions, particularly integrins α5 α6, all three lines. Functional blocking resulted significantly diminished A498 decreased behavior Blocking α6 reduced Thus, suggest exposing cells inhibits spread associated with downregulation integrins. Therefore, posit vitro, may be linked regulation.
