摘要: Small cells are deployed in Heterogeneous Networks (HetNet) to increase capacity per area. However, small become secondary user attachment choices due their low powered transmissions, rendering deployments redundant achieving the intended goals. Random deployment of adds complexity interference management HetNet, further raising challenges Quality Service (QoS) and load balancing. This work models a balanced QoS controlled association scheme by proposing fixed cell framework achieve optimisation. A non-biasing based maximise HetNet is proposed. Results showed that proposed algorithm can be used high balancing fairness without complicated process finding an optimal bias value for cell.
