A load balancing system for autonomous connection management in heterogeneous wireless networks

摘要: In modern heterogeneous wireless networks (HWN), multi-mode devices perform autonomous connection management (ACM) to select the best connections. This selection process causes challenge of providing global objectives such as load balancing, which have a significant impact on utilization network resources. this paper, proposed system considers balancing in HWNs through trade-off between individual quality and objectives. First, centralized entity calculates state by predicting stochastic interests mobile hosts, then calculated is used ACM hosts improve well their own quality. The performance studied simulation modeling various scenarios. overall throughput, distribution network, fairness access resources user satisfaction are evaluated. results show effectiveness system.
