Multi-pumping flow system for the spectrophotometric determination of dipyrone in pharmaceutical preparations

摘要: Abstract A novel flow system for the spectrophotometric determination of dipyrone with p -dimethylaminobenzaldehyde exploiting multi-pumping approach was developed. The proposed methodology utilises several micro-pumps propelling involved fluids under improved mixing conditions, introducing sample/reagent aliquots and providing commuting facilities. As a consequence presents high versatility manifold simplicity, as well straightforward operational control enhanced analytical capabilities. Linearity curve observed within 10 400 mg l −1 ( r =0.9997; n =6), results were precise (r.s.d. =20) sampling rate 50 h . Detection limit estimated 1 dipyrone. method applied to pharmaceutical preparations in agreement those obtained by reference procedure relative deviations −1.7 +2.2%.
