摘要: Growing teratoma syndrome: a case report and review of the literature Abstract The growing syndrome is rare condition that occurs in patients with non- seminomatous germ cell immature teratoma. It characterised by appearance metastatic masses can reach large volumes during or after administration chemotherapy, associated negative result for tumour markers. Histopathologically these correspond to mature which explained retroconversion phenomenon. presented 24 year-old patient, diagnosed syndrome, including her evaluation, surgical management, short-term follow-up. © 2015 Instituto Nacional de Cancerologia.
