摘要: Abstract Bulk chalcogenide glasses SixTe100−x (x=15, 20) have been prepared by quenching the melts in liquid nitrogen. The crystallization kinetics of these was investigated using non-isothermal approach. glass transition temperatures and temperature Si15Te85 Si20Te80 were determined differential scanning calorimeter at different heating rate 5, 10, 20, 30 K/min. activation energies ΔEa Arvami exponents n two compounds calculated formulas. By analysis related data, amorphous has found with lower ability but higher thermal stability compared Si15Te85. And processes for both indicated a mixed mechanism two- three-dimensional growth.
