摘要: The crystallization process affects solid properties through the crystal structure and morphology established during transition process. An important aspect of is its kinetics, both from fundamental point view amorphous material as well modeling phase transition. In present research work, non-isothermal data in form heat flow vs. temperature curves has been studied by using some known models for Ga10Se87Pb3 Ga10Se84Pb6 chalcogenide glasses, prepared melt quenching technique. glass phenomena these glasses have differential scanning calorimetery (DSC) measurements at constant heating rates 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 30 K/min. (Tg), (Tc), melting (Tm) were determined DSC thermograms. dependence Tg Tc on rate was used to determine different parameters such order parameter (n), energy (ΔEg) activation (ΔEc). results discussed basis Kissinger's approach modification addition Johnson, Mehl, Ozawa Avrami.
