Applicability of Augis–Bennett relation for determination of activation energy of glass transition in some Se rich chalcogenide glasses

摘要: Abstract The present work reports the results of non-isothermal DSC measurements on some Se-based ternary glasses for evaluation activation glass transition. energy transition ( E g ) is determined using Augis–Bennett's relation, which basically derived amorphous to crystalline phase Moynihan's relation concept thermal relaxation and used also determination values. We have observed that values obtained from are in admirable agreement with relation.
