摘要: Abstract The chalcogenide glass Ge 4 Se 96 was prepared by melt-quenched method. characteristic temperatures (the strain point, annealing transition yielding point and soften point) were determined thermal analysis. result shows that the is 52 °C; average expansion coefficient Δ L / 0 = (0.0557∗ T −1.7576)/1000. specific heat of measured stepwise difference in between amorphous structure undercooled liquid as C p = 0.1812–5.20 × 10 −4 −4.92 × 10 −7 2 JK −1 g . Based on , Gibbs energy entropy curves calculated, Kauzmann temperature k = 233.5 K, which for pure (216 K) 7.4 92.6 (250 K). It indicates Ge-Se with low content, increases increasing content Ge.
