摘要: Abstract Initially, Sulfur (S) doping in Se90Te10 glassy alloy was utilized for clarifying the effects produced by minerals on its glass mesh and kinetic characteristics. The crystallization kinetics of bulk (Se90Te10)95S5 with different heating rates were analyzed differential scanning calorimetry. processes recrystallization after thermal treatment recognized X-ray diffraction. activation energy, Eg, transition crystallization, Ec, determining various models. analysis experimental data revealed that Eg EC differ additive elements. effective Ec calculated based Kissinger formula. Thus, Sestak–Berggren model used characterizing DSC information when it agreed to results. Consequently, found Johnson–Mehl–Avrami can be applied at high rates.
