摘要: The objective of this work was to explore the impact on parents bronchiolitis hospitalization their infant using Impact Bronchiolitis Hospitalization Questionnaire (IBHQ©). Four hundred sixty-three infants aged less than 1 year and hospitalized for were included in a French observational study during 2008–2009 season. Parents asked complete IBHQ at hospital discharge 3 months later. scores, ranging from 0 (no impact) 100 (highest impact), compared according gestational age (full-term, 33–36 wGA, ≤ 32 wGA) presence congenital heart disease (CHD). potential drivers explored multivariate linear regressions. 332 full-terms, 71 born 60 wGA; 28 had CHD. At discharge, 9 12 mean scores above 40, indicating marked parents. Three later, all lower but 5 still greater 40. length significant effect worries distress, fear future, guilt daily organization (p<0.01); parents’ educational level financial (p<0.05). only statistically difference found between preterm full-term physical score (p=0.004). has conspicuous emotional, organizational consequences siblings, which persist after discharge. main stay level, while infants’ or CHD little influence.
