摘要: Abstract The Roman conquest of Gaul is usually perceived as the trigger morphological changes in livestock and, more widely, origin an important agropastoral evolution. However, recent studies suggest that economic transition between Iron Age and periods occurred much earlier than previously thought was partially disconnected from Italy. This article, based on morphometric analysis pig teeth bones, sheds new light this transition. It reveals a complex change process, two distinct phases, Middle La Tene period after creation Empire. Moreover, it identifies large models, around Mediterranean platform temperate part Europe, with different paces change, production objectives, agricultural market strategies.
