摘要: Abstract The amyloid deposited in Alzheimer's disease (AD) is composed primarily of a 39–42 residue polypeptide (βAP) that derived from larger β protein precursor (βAPP). In previous studies, we and others identified full-length, membrane-associated forms the βAPP showed these are processed into soluble derivatives lack carboxyl-terminus full-length forms. this report, demonstrate ∼125 ∼105 kDa found human cerebrospinal fluid specifically labeled by several different antisera to βAP. This finding indicates both contain all or part βAP sequence, it suggests one may be immediate AD.
