摘要: Thin client compression (TCC) achieves the best efficiency for sequences of synthetic images. This paper presents a streaming version TCC (STCC) that almost fully retains excellent original algorithm. When sending images over low-bandwidth networks, STCC dramatically reduces end-to-end latency by pipelining rows and overlapping compression, transmission decompression stages. We describe boundary tracing algorithm tree-structured codebook allow inherently two-dimensional pattern matching substitution methods to be implemented efficiently in manner. found reduce up 40.6% method.
