摘要: The role of the microRNA miR-93-5p on secretome profile and expression levels vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) interleukin-8 (IL-8) was investigated in neuroblastoma SK-N-AS cell line by Bio-Plex analysis RT-qPCR. results indicate that VEGF IL-8 are major molecular targets. This conclusion based vitro transfection with pre-miR-93-5p anti-miR-93-5p; these treatments inversely modulated both gene protein release line. Computational showed presence consensus sequences 3'UTR region mRNAs, predicting possible interaction confirming a potential regulatory this microRNA.
