摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide devices and methods for detecting, identifying, distinguishing, quantifying modification states peptides using Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) spectroscopy. Additional embodiments strategies chemically derivatizing post-translational modifications detecting derivatized products SERS. Applications include proteome wide profiling analyses with applications in disease diagnosis, prognosis drug efficacy studies, enzymatic activity assays.
