摘要: Abstract 2,4,6-Trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid reacts stoichiometrically with ammonia in tetraborate buffer within 20 min at 35°C to give a compound (presumably picramide) an absorbance macimum 420 nm and ϵm 2.02 ± 0.07 × 104 m −1 cm−1 the presence of 1.0 sulfite ions. As little as 6 nmol (ΔA420 = 0.04) can be determined by reaction 2,4,6-trinitrobenzene precision 1–2%.
