摘要: Abstract Using a unilateral oxidation technique, the following sources of stress have been identifiedduring Cu; vacancy movement and pore formation in metal, volume decrease occurring during growth Cu2O from CuO wedge effect caused by intergranular oxide penetration into metal. In case Zr, whose grows predominant inward anion diffusion through scale new at metal-oxide interface continuously causes because oxide-metal ratio. Mechanical properties data for Cu, Cu2O, Fe2O3 elevated temperatures are presentedand used to calculate magnitudes stresses.
