摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are involved in crucial steps of neurogenesis, neural differentiation and neuronal plasticity. Here we review experimental evidence suggesting that miRNAs may regulate the histogenesis cerebral cortex retina. Both cortical retinal early progenitor cells multipotent, is, they can generate different types or cells, respectively, one lineage. In both development, precise timing activation cell fate transcription factors results a stereotyped schedule generation neurons. Emerging indicates play an important role regulating such temporal programming differentiation. Neuronal subtypes retina exhibit distinct miRNA signatures, implying codes be used to specify Interfering with global activity changes ratio neurons produced. fact, there examples genes regulated at translational level, retinogenesis corticogenesis. A model depicting how might orchestrate type birth is presented discussed.
