摘要: The human heart has a limited capacity to regenerate lost or damaged cardiomyocytes after cardiac insult. Instead, myocardial injury is characterized by extensive remodeling fibroblasts, resulting in the eventual deterioration of structure and function. Cardiac function would be improved if these fibroblasts could converted into cardiomyocytes. MicroRNAs (miRNAs), small noncoding RNAs that promote mRNA degradation inhibit translation, have been shown important development. Using this information, various researchers used miRNAs formation through several approaches. Several acting combination direct conversion Moreover, identified aid inducible pluripotent stem cells also induce adopt fate. MiRNAs implicated resident progenitor cell differentiation. In review, we discuss current literature as it pertains processes, well discussing therapeutic implications findings.
