摘要: PURPOSE: The aim of this study is to evaluate, in human corpses, the section transverse carpal ligament by comparing endoscopic (Chow's technique) and conventional (mini-incision) accesses. METHODS: Eighteen fresh not claimed corpses were distributed into 2 groups: group 1 (18 left wrists) right wrists). Group was subjected access while ligaments accessed through mini-incisions. RESULTS: Complete attained 15 cases (83,3 %) 17 (94,4 2. Operative time averaged 27,2 minutes 29,2 Lesion median nerve occurred (11,1 1. presented no lesions. CONCLUSION: It concluded that there significant difference when techniques ligament. injury, inspite its (p < 0,05) incidence may be related researcher's learning curve.
